Reunion weekend 2017

Save the date! Reunion Weekend will be held on May 19, 20 and 21, 2017.

Calling all class years ending in 2 and 7! Milestone five-year reunions provide an exciting opportunity to reconnect with old friends, to visit the ever-changing and vibrant campus of your Alma Mater, and make a meaningful impact on your class as a member of your reunion committee.

The Alumni Relations Office is currently recruiting committee members from upcoming reunion classes to help classmates prepare for these celebrations.

If you are a member of the class of 1947, 1952, 1957, 1962, 1967, 1972, 1977, 1982, 1987, 1992, 1997, 2002, 2007 or 2012 and can offer any volunteer leadership as part of your class reunion committee, please fill out the short form below.

The class of 2012 will celebrate their reunion during Thanksgiving break on Saturday, November 25.

Responsibilities of a Reunion Committee member:

  1. Work with the Alumni Office to develop and achieve reunion class attendance and participation goals.

  2. Leading by example is critical to the success of a reunion class gift. Demonstrate a personal commitment to St. John’s by making an early reunion gift.  

  3. Make personal contacts with classmates via phone, email, or letter, inviting them to the reunion, gathering news/notes, and inviting them to make a reunion class gift.

  4. Inform the Alumni Office of classmates’ changes to biographical information (new addresses, phone numbers, employment and family status).

  5. The Alumni Relations Office will provide Reunion Committee members with updated information on classmates and facilitate the production of all mailings.
