Honoring Bryce Dion '94
Bryce Dion '94 found a passion for the arts at St. John's and went on to a successful and rewarding career as a filmmaker, audio engineer and sound supervisor. On August 27, 2014, he died in a tragic accident on the set of the television show "Cops." To continue his legacy, colleagues and friends are raising funds for the Bryce Dion '94 Audiovisual Classroom in Brother Benjamin Hall, where students in the Prep's Middle School benefit from their generosity.
It feels like only yesterday that Bryce was tragically lost to this world and from all of our lives. Reminders of him, his smile, his sense of humor, his passions pop up everywhere around us. Bryce made friends wherever he went and was always there to help anyone in need. He made a positive
impression on everyone he met. Bryce was a lover of the arts, particularly music, movies, television, poetry and prose. This new media room will make an impact on students at the Prep, providing an opportunity to learn the craft and ensuring a creative outlet in a collaborative environment, something that would make Bryce proud.
The cost of the Bryce Dion '94 Audiovisual Room is $150,000 and your support is needed. To make a gift, please complete the form on this page to ensure that his legacy lives on in a classroom where students learn one of his true passions.
