Co-Curricular Programming

More than 90 percent of St. John’s students are involved in after-school life, and the Fine Arts are no exception.

A robust collection of multi-media creative experiences await students, ranging from Middle School clubs like Maker Studio, Jazz Band, Music Studio, and Art and Design Club to High School affiliations like Celtic Band, Comic Book Club, Photography Club, Film Club, Magic Club, Music Technology Club, Improv Club, the SwingTown! A Cappella group, and Woodwind Ensemble, among others.

Young people who participate regularly in the arts (multiple times a week throughout a single academic year) are four times more likely to be recognized for academic achievement. The depth and breadth of creative-learning opportunities on either end of the school day seamlessly interweaves our co-curricular communities with academic life at the Prep, empowering students to feel welcomed as individuals and as part of a group.
