Retreats
Retreats represent invaluable opportunities for students to take a step back, learn about themselves and their classmates, and explore how they can answer the call to be servant leaders.
Retreats for students in all grade levels are offered throughout the year in different frameworks: some are daylong campus retreats, while others are multi-day overnight experiences. Focusing on different themes, topics, and activities, each retreat is built to meet age-appropriate needs. Time for reflection and prayer help round out each retreat experience.
Below is a list of our traditional retreats and a short synopsis of each experience. While individual retreats maintain a core focus year-to-year, programming details can evolve. Please note that St. John's offers a mix of required and optional retreats. More information can be found below.
Opportunities for Parents
Retreats have proven to provide invaluable experiences for our students. Accordingly, we also offer a variety of opportunities exclusively for parents which allow them to take some time for themselves, rejuvenate with prayer, and enjoy conversation with parent peers in our community.
Parents are invited to numerous retreats at the Rolling Ridge Retreat and Conference Center in North Andover to not only enjoy the remarkable grounds, but also to participate in meaningful reflection. These experiences are open to parents and guardians of all faith practices as the Prep community seeks to embrace our differences in these opportunities to come together.
