SJPMUN XV Delegate Payment Form

PLEASE NOTE:

  • This form should be used by moderators once they have registered their school on the main page.
  • This form should be used only by school moderators to pay their school's delegate registration fees. Moderators are responsible for collecting and submitting their school delegate fees; payment must be made at one time, either online or by check. Students/parents should contact their school moderator regarding payment.
  • If you would like to change the number of delegates, committee requests, or any other details of  your registration, please contact Director of External Affairs Matt Stauss '23Please use the subject line SJPMUN XV and your school name.
Please provide your school email as this helps us to identify registrants. ​

Dates & Deadlines

  • Monday, November 16, 2020: SJP will begin assigning positions to registered schools.

  • November 23-30, 2020: Schools should expect to receive delegate positions.

  • Wednesday, December 2, 2020: Last day to return unfilled positions for an adjustment in fees. Payments should be sent.
  • Friday, December 4, 2020: All delegate names should be recorded on the Google sheet and checked by school moderators.
  • Saturday, December 12, 2020: Conference Day!

There is a delegate fee of $5 per delegate for this conference. ​
