Grade 10 Grandfriends Day

Grandfriends Day is a cherished tradition for Grade 10 students to show their grandparents or special friends a glimpse into life at St. John’s! This year’s Grandfriends Day will be held on Wednesday, October 16. The afternoon will begin at 1 pm with lunch followed by a short speaking program and musical performance. The event will conclude at 2:30 pm, with additional time for students to show their guests around campus.

Students are welcome to invite one or more special friend if grandparents are unable to attend. We understand that not every student has someone to invite. If you wish to honor or remember a grandfriend who cannot attend on October 16, you can complete the registration form to share their name(s). We will acknowledge these loved ones as a group in our opening prayer.

Invitations were sent via email to all Grade 10 families. Please use the form above to let us know which grandfriends will be attending the event. Filling out the form serves as an RSVP and allows us to forward detailed event information to registered grandfriends.

While we would like to invite parents to join us, space constraints mean that we must limit the program to students and their grandparents and special friends. This also allows for guests and students to have quality time together! We appreciate your understanding.
