School Counseling

Our school counselors work closely with students to help them meet the academic and personal challenges of high school, identify their own strengths and weaknesses, and make sound decisions about their futures. Students work with the same school counselor throughout their four years at St. John's, meeting with them individually and in group guidance sessions tailored for each grade level.

In Partnership with Parents

Because parents play an important role in every student's education, we offer a series of evening programs for parents throughout the year. We cover a range of topics, from helping students build a foundation for academic success to navigating the teenage years and finding the right college. In addition, the counseling office hosts college admissions representatives throughout the year. Computer workstations are available in the School Counseling office where students may research career, college and financial aid information.

School Counseling Staff

Please feel free to contact the Office of School Counseling at 978-624-1389. To email a counselor, click here for the faculty directory. School counselors are available to meet privately with students and parents at any time to discuss personal or academic concerns.
